Kirk Wynd Highland House specialises in highland dress hire.

We offer over 40 different tartans from stock and a large supply of Prince Charlie and Argyll jackets.

We hire outfits for weddings, anniversaries, christenings, first communions for children, dinners, high school dances, business functions and conferences.

Specialising in corporate hire we can supply over 150 kilt outfits for any function.



A few of our range are Flower of Scotland, Black Watch, Scotland's National Tartan, Ancient Hunting Robertson, Ancient Smith, Scotland 2000 and Modern Hunting Stewart to name a few.

In addition to the Traditional Prince Charlie and Argyll outfits, we supply the Aboyne outfit in the hire which consists of a navy blue or black waistcoat and ghillie shirt for the price of £35. We can also provide a basic outfit consisting of Kilt, Sporran, Ghillie shirt, socks and flashes for £25.



Bookings can be taken by e-mail and measurements required are as follows (in inches) -

Waist, snugly around navel
Chest size (normal suit size)
Length from top of hip bone (same level as waist measurement) to knee
Shoe size

Please also state height in feet and inches.





Bookings - on the date of booking a £5.00 deposit is required for each outfit with the balance being paid for on collection. The deposit is non-refundable.

Identification - is required in the form of passport, drivers licence, or recent utility bill.

Cancellations - only the £5.00 deposit will be forfeited on cancellation but may be used as a future credit.

Extended Hires - special prices can be arranged for extended hires.

Discount Hires - competitive discounts on block bookings for corporate functions, large wedding parties etc.
